Meta Changing WhatsApp Conversation Pricing Effective July 1
HubSpot aligns with Meta's new WhatsApp pricing model by changing the unit of measure for conversations.
If you want to remain within your budget, you'll need to review your WhatsApp messaging costs under the new pricing structure. By understanding these changes, you can optimize your WhatsApp communication strategy and manage expenses effectively.
Ad Conversion Events Available to Starter
From the Marketing Hub Starter portal, users can now create up to five ad conversion events.
Use case
Small businesses can now track custom conversion actions like demo requests and content downloads and send this data back to advertising platforms. Without requiring expensive plan upgrades, this capability improves ad targeting and ROI measurement.
Add external social posts to your campaign
For unified tracking, users can now add external social posts created outside of HubSpot to their campaigns.
Use case
You can still track HubSpot campaign performance if you create social content with third-party tools or post natively on platforms. It ensures accurate ROI measurement for content created outside the platform by enabling a complete view of campaign effectiveness across all channels.
Ads AI reporting insights
With the "Summarize Insights" feature, you can now generate AI-powered ad performance insights directly from the Manage tab.
Use case
Rather than manually analyzing complex ad metrics, you can get actionable recommendations and key performance trends generated by AI. You will save hours of analysis time and identify which campaigns require additional budget allocation or optimization.
Multi-language support available for double opt-in email
It is now possible for marketers to create double opt-in experiences in multiple languages to better serve global audiences.
Use case
For example, you can send opt-in confirmation emails in your subscribers' preferred languages when you build email lists across different regions. While maintaining a professional, localized experience, this improves completion rates for double opt-in processes.
Video Library
Separate from the general files manager, a dedicated video library app simplifies and centralizes video content workflows.
Use case
With video-specific features like thumbnail previews and duration information, marketing teams can organize videos by campaign, type, or stage. The dedicated space makes it easier to find and reuse video assets across multiple campaigns without having to search through mixed media files.
Timeline Editing for Video
The HubSpot video clip editing tool now supports visual timeline editing.
Use case
Using an intuitive timeline view, you can remove unnecessary content from the beginning and end of videos. With this in-platform editing feature, you won't need to use external video editing software for basic editing.
Kanban board for Deals now in sales workspace
Drag-and-drop functionality is now available in the Kanban board for deals within the Sales Workspace.
Use case
By dragging cards across the board, you can easily move deals between stages and visualize your entire sales pipeline at a glance. With this intuitive interface, you can identify bottlenecks, prioritize high-value opportunities, and keep an overview of your sales process without leaving your main workspace.
Edit Email Conversation History in Help Desk and Inbox
Help Desk and Inbox views now allow support teams to edit email threads to remove sensitive or incorrect information.
Use case
Email records may need to be cleaned up for legal compliance, clarity, or customer privacy reasons. In the new history panel, agents can modify text snippets to keep the record clean and safe, while preserving the full audit log.
Customizable ticket properties in the customer portal
You have full control over which ticket properties are displayed in your Customer Portal.
Use case
Customers can view their ticket status and priority while internal notes, escalation flags, and sensitive categorizations are hidden. As a result of this customization, customers benefit from transparency and confidential operational information is protected.
Help Desk Spaces
To better organize support teams, admins now have dedicated team-based working areas in Help Desk.
Use case
Each support team can have its own views, workflows, and settings (like technical support, billing, or customer success). Teams can focus on specific tickets while maintaining clear boundaries between support functions with this organizational structure.
Add deal collaborators from workflow & via API
Set and update deal collaborators through workflows and the CRM API
To ensure proper oversight, workflows can automatically add relevant team members as collaborators when deals reach certain stages or values. With this automation, important deals are not progressed without involving and informing the right stakeholders.
Enable ‘Auto-record’ for Zoom and Google meet meetings via HubSpot
Automatic recording is now available in the Zoom and Google Meet apps for HubSpot.
Create a library of successful pitch examples and customer objection handling by configuring automatic recording for all sales calls. The recorded content becomes invaluable for training new team members and refining sales strategies.
Change or disconnect properties on Forms
Fields can now be disconnected from CRM properties or changed directly without rebuilding the form.
Whenever a form field needs to be repurposed or a property connection needs to be corrected, you can make changes without losing your form design. In addition to saving you time during form optimization, this flexibility allows you to adapt forms quickly to changing data collection requirements.
Create multi-select user properties
Multiple selections are now possible in HubSpot user properties.
When multiple team members are involved in deals or projects, you can track them in a single property instead of creating separate fields. Real-world scenarios where multiple people share responsibility for customer relationships or outcomes benefit from this flexibility.
Automated Scheduling for Backups
It is now possible to schedule CRM data backups for automatic running weekly or biweekly.
With regular automated backups of your CRM data, you can ensure your critical business information is always protected. While maintaining disaster recovery readiness and data security compliance, you can focus on growth.
Association limit increase
The number of records that can be associated with an individual record in a paid account has been increased to 100,000.
Business relationships can now be modeled by large enterprises, such as associating thousands of contacts with a parent company or linking deals to numerous stakeholders. B2B sales processes and enterprise account management are supported by this expanded capacity.
