Newest updates in HubSpot - April edition

Another month, another set of new HubSpot updates!
As CRM systems evolve and improve, new features and capabilities are continuously added. Continually evolving as one of the leading CRMs, HubSpot features and functions enable businesses to better manage and understand their customers.

Let's go explore what HubSpot has to offer us in April.

Random Split List

Customers were able to experiment with smaller cohorts of segments using Lists Random Sample. With split lists, you can go even further. A static or active list can now be split into up to ten children static lists.

Pop-up CTAs in MH and CMS Hubs

Customers will now be able to create a wide range of embeddable assets, such as banners and buttons, using pop-up CTAs.

HubSpot did not provide customers with an effective tool for creating interactive assets. In the past, pop-ups were used to capture leads and were not flexible. Using the new Pop-up CTAs tool, you can capture the attention of your website visitors and break through the noise.

Drag and Drop Modules in Blog Post Editing

Modules can be dragged and dropped into the rich text area of your blog posts with this new feature.

For the best editing experience, users can expand the left sidebar to find a variety of modules that can be dropped into the rich text area.

No more going into Design Manager to enrich blog content.

Associated Line Items ID in Deals Export

You can now include associated line item IDs on the deals index page, and by extension export these line item IDs as well. Once these line item IDs are obtained, they can be used in subsequent imports to update existing line items.

Using this update, users will be able to reference the line item record IDs associated with existing deals, and update line items in bulk.

Clean up your workflow

Make use of "Clean up" recommendations to improve your workflow's performance and simplify its appearance.

With two different branch actions and a huge variety of logic options, it can be difficult to decide which branch is best and large branches can become unruly and difficult to manage. You will be notified if alternate branching options are available with the new "Clean up" optimization.

Set ‘Default Views’ for Index Pages

Admins can now set the default views that new users see on the Index pages, so your new teammates can get started right away.

In the past, admins had to create lengthy onboarding documents or set up screen-share sessions to explain how to set up users' Index page views.

HubSpot Embed for Zoho CRM Integration

With HubSpot Embed, you can view contact, company, and deal records directly within HubSpot. Within Zoho CRM, you can take action and launch automation on these records.

In order to gain insights into HubSpot's record activity or associated information, sales reps had to switch between both systems. Through this new feature, sales teams can have all the power and insights of HubSpot’s records timeline, association, the ability to trigger automation, and more all available within Zoho CRM.

One-way Ticket Sync with Salesforce Integration

Salesforce cases can now be synced with HubSpot tickets. HubSpot will receive Salesforce case updates as they are created.

The HubSpot platform now allows users to use Salesforce case information using HubSpot tickets. Additionally, HubSpot users can import all their previous Salesforce cases to have historical insight into their customers' support needs.
