New CTAs is becoming the primary tool under the CTAs nav item

HubSpot's new CTAs tool is becoming the primary app under the CTAs nav item for all customers.

Use Case

HubSpots' new, reimagined CTAs offer more flexibility to create engaging, higher-converting assets with more robust and consistent tracking. CTAs can now be created for all your needs without the help of a developer or designer. By dragging and dropping, you can ensure your CTAs are engaging and consistent with the rest of your website. Unlike the Legacy CTAs app, the new CTAs let you create not only simple buttons but also embeddable banners that include image, text or form (previously this was only achievable by uploading a screenshot of a banner).

Coaching Playlists

The coaching playlist feature makes it easy to onboard and upskill reps at scale by saving call recordings to playlists.

Use Case

Playlists make it easy to share exemplary hall-of-fame calls from seasoned reps with specific reps or the whole team to improve their soft skills and adopt successful selling tactics. It's easier, faster, and more scalable to onboard and coach reps with Coaching Playlists.

Sequences Reporting Improvements

HubSpot is introducing two updates to sequences reports: Step-level analytics and meeting rate reporting.

You can analyze every step in your sequence with step-level analytics to learn how reps are executing the steps and converting them into meetings. With the new meeting rate report, the logic used to associate meetings booked is updated to reflect meetings influenced by sequences more accurately.

Use Case

Optimize your sequences for maximum effectiveness by gaining comprehensive insights on all steps, including meetings, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and tasks, empowering you to make data-driven improvements and achieve better results than ever before.

Workflows Custom Views and Subfolders

Workflow views can be created by users and teams to organize workflows within folders, making them easier to find, organize, and manage.

Use Case

The workflow custom views and subfolders enable customers to filter and group workflows, or create a folder hierarchy that matches their automation strategy.

Ad Tracking for LinkedIn Carousel Ads

Using HubSpot, you can now track LinkedIn carousel ads. If a contact clicks on your LinkedIn carousel ad, an ad interaction will appear in the contact record, allowing you to create specific follow-up emails. It also enables you to see full ROI reporting if that contact goes on to have a deal.

Use Case

You can now view all the great reporting for your other tracked Linkedin ads (Cost Per Lead, Number of Contacts, etc) and can create lists, emails, workflows, etc. based on ad interactions.

Spam Submissions Tool for Forms

Spam submissions that contain URLs in name fields are automatically identified as spam and listed in a new "Spam Submissions" area for review and/or action.

Use Case

The best part of this feature is that it eliminates the additional manual work involved in reviewing and deleting spam submissions. Spam submissions will be automatically deleted after 90 days from the date of submission. In spite of this, HubSpot still allows users to review and take actions manually on their data, as the users should be the final decision makers.
