This month’s update release by HubSpot delivers a few awesome features: From WhatsApp module to Goals-based Workflows, HubSpot continues to strengthen their platform and provide excellent customer management capabilities.
After thoroughly reviewing the entire report, we present to you what we consider to be the most valuable tweaks.

HubSpot is building a dedicated prospecting workspace for sales reps that will upgrade their whole experience..
Use Case
Using this workspace, reps will be able to organize their day efficiently, stay on top of their daily activities, identify new or urgent tasks, and tie everything they do to their long-term goals. Consequently, sales reps who prospect in HubSpot will feel confident that they can consistently generate enough opportunities to reach and exceed their targets.
By adding a WhatsApp link to their page, marketers and content creators can make it easy for their customers to get in touch.
Use Case
The module allows marketers and content creators to communicate through WhatsApp and start conversations without digging through a lot of documentation.

HubSpot has now added the ability to manage Instagram @mentions from within “Monitor Streams” in Social.

Workflow apps now support Goals-based workflows, allowing you to operationalize your goals. Several actions can be triggered by using already existing goals to set up workflows.

Within the same sequence, HubSpot now allows you to choose between threaded and non-threaded email steps.

There are times when threading makes sense in 1:1 automation, such as "sending you a quick follow-up" since you haven't responded yet. However, the third or fourth email in an unengaged thread may not be as effective.
A new email thread lets you change the subject line and approach of the email without having to manually start a new sequence.
It was not possible to share a HubSpot dashboard directly with a non-HubSpot user until now. HubSpot dashboards can now be shared via email with non-HubSpot users in Public Beta.
Use Case
Rather than using data exports to share HubSpot dashboards with non-HubSpot users, you can send dashboards via email directly to your stakeholders.
Redesigned Health Tab UI offers an easy-to-digest, understandable, and actionable overview of email performance.

Provide a platform for displaying email performance in more advanced ways.
Your data can now be sorted by the property label, allowing you to re-sort your report alphabetically.

With the addition of "Label" for sorting, you can now ensure that the property label is used for sorting rather than the property value.
XY charts now allow you to visualize multiple metrics from one chart.
Use Case
You can add up to ten metrics to the same report when reporting on measures broken down by the same dimension. Previously, you would have had to build dozens of reports using the same data to compare them. Now, you can do that from a single visualization, making the custom reports you build even more efficient.
Organizing, finding, and managing workflows is easier with custom workflow views and folders within folders.
Use Case
The workflow custom views and subfolders allow customers to filter and group workflows, or create a folder hierarchy that matches their automation strategy.
Do you need extra assurance that your integration is syncing with the correct record? Both NetSuite and Dynamics 365 sync status and linked records can now be viewed directly from the contact record. HubSpot supports this feature for contact, company, deal, and invoice records.
