B2B companies have long recognized HubSpot as the ultimate marketing tool. We know from our experience as HubSpot Certified Partners and HubSpot customers, that HubSpot's knowledge and innovations are constantly evolving.
The following HubSpot updates were released this week, so without further ado - let’s dive in:
HubSpot now offers a new asset type: Marketing Events.
The Marketing Events object in HubSpot provides customers with more visibility, insights, efficiency, and consistency from the data and performance of the marketing events, as an object in the CRM. Customers can now find 'Marketing events' under the contact tab, on the 'contacts index page' dropdown.
This one is among our favorites. From now on, users will be given a view of their calendar availability when scheduling a meeting in the CRM.
A new Zoom Integration setting page has been added to HubSpot's website!
Updates to mobile push notifications formatting. On mobile, most push notifications are truncated and cannot be read. In case your iOS or Android device is opted into HubSpot notifications, you should receive non truncated mobile notifications.
HubSpot is adding conditional customization options to its Pro+ plan. Prior to this release, only Enterprise customers were able to create default record sidebars and conditional sections of record sidebars. HubSpot has moved this feature to Pro+ across all hubs so that more customers can use it.
A preview validation for imports was launched earlier this year. It checks the first three rows of your import file for errors, and provides you with actionable steps that can be taken to resolve those errors before you begin importing.
The feature now checks the first 100 rows of your import file, allowing you to catch and resolve even more errors before data is imported.
In HubSpot, data sync is a native way to sync contacts, companies, deals, and products with your third-party apps. HubSpot now allows users to resync records that have stopped syncing because they were deleted on either side of the sync.
Today, there is a challenge when trying to add more than one user to a preset at a time. HubSpot’s portal admins can now select a team, or multiple teams, when configuring a preset, to provide a better experience.
On the HubSpot iOS app, you can now view and comment on engagements such as notes, logged calls, and meetings.
Activities are the latest objects to be added to the Data Sync framework, along with Contacts, Companies, Deals, Invoices, and Products. The Activity Sync feature is currently available across four data sync apps and will be rolled out across a few more through 2023.
