1. Grant
Splash Lite ("the Theme") is provided free of charge. On installing the Theme from the HubSpot Template Marketplace, you ("the User") receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the Theme to build and operate websites and pages within HubSpot accounts you own or manage.
2. Permitted Use
You may install and configure the Theme, edit its content and styling, and publish unlimited pages and websites — for yourself or for clients you serve. No per-site or per-account fee applies.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or publish the Theme, or a derivative of it, as your own theme, template, or product — including on any marketplace. You may not claim authorship of the Theme or remove copyright notices from its source files. The Theme remains the intellectual property of IV-Lead.
4. Modifications and Updates
You may edit the Theme's source files. Doing so creates a fork: HubSpot no longer applies Marketplace updates to modified copies, and support does not cover code-level modifications. Changes made through HubSpot's native tools — content, module fields, and theme settings — remain update-safe.
5. Third-Party Assets
Fonts, icons, and demo imagery bundled with the Theme are either original work or licensed for redistribution within the Theme. Demo content is illustrative and is not associated with any real company, customer, or endorsement. Replace it with your own content before publishing.
6. Upgrade Path
Splash Lite is the free edition. The paid Splash theme adds the full module and section library under its own licence. Upgrading does not require rebuilding: both editions share one design-token system.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Theme is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. IV-Lead does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Theme on the HubSpot platform, whose features and requirements may change over time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IV-Lead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Theme. Because the Theme is supplied at no charge, no fee has been paid against which a direct-damages claim could be measured, and IV-Lead's total liability is therefore limited to zero.
9. Support
Support for Splash Lite is provided on the terms stated on the theme's HubSpot Marketplace listing, at support@iv-lead.com. Support covers the unmodified Theme and its documented features.
10. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach its terms. On termination you must stop using the Theme and delete all copies of its source files.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
