HubSpot Partners Update had some very interesting features added to the platform this month. The IV-Lead team is extremely satisfied with this update, and is getting the sense that many of our hidden requests are being fulfilled more meaningfully than expected.

Let’s get right to it!

Associated records for object of the same object type

A contact, company, deal, ticket, or custom object can be associated with another record of the same type. For example, a customer may raise a Ticket with a support team, and the support team will need to create a Ticket internally in a different Ticket pipeline to address the request.

The customer ticket can now be associated with the internal ticket to ensure full visibility.

IG first comment support

You can now schedule the first comment on your Instagram posts with First Comment Support. A successful Instagram post includes a strong caption and relevant hashtags, but there is a limited amount of space.

In the first comment, you can interact directly with users, increase engagement with hashtags, and expand your reach.

Random split branch in workflows

This new functionality opens up a world of possibilities for marketers to experiment with different channels and tactics.

A marketer who wants to encourage leads to register for an event, for instance, might send half of the eligible attendees an email and half an SMS to see which strategy results in more registrations.

Collaboration sidebar in the social tool

The Collaboration sidebar is now part of the Social tool.

While editing a Social post, customers can now comment on individual drafts, create tasks for themselves or colleagues, and view their Marketing Calendar.

Use Case

By incorporating the collaboration sidebar into HubSpot's Social tool, these conversations can happen seamlessly while keeping all relevant context readily accessible.

Access and manage your files on Mobile

Marketers can now control and manage their communications with Marketing Email on the app thanks to a cross-platform experience. Emails can be edited, scheduled and sent for Regular, Automated, Blog, RSS, Follow-up, and Timezone marketing. 

AI Assistant: Blog post generator

A new content idea generation tool for blogs designed to bust blank page syndrome. Powered by ChatGPT (and Semrush keyword data for Pro+ customers).

Using this tool, you can easily create full blog posts. Simply describe a broad topic you are interested in getting more ideas about, and HubSpot will provide more specific ideas and blog titles you might be interested in.

To maximize results, SEO data is available for titles and their target keywords in Marketing and CMS Professional and Enterprise portals.

ANY/ALL Approvers rule

Requesters can indicate whether "ALL" or "ANY" approver needs to approve the approval request. When the "ANY" rule is selected, the approval request will be approved once the first approver approves it. If the "ALL" rule is selected then the approval request will be approved after all approvers approve.

Use Case

Reduce the time it takes to approve by eliminating the bottleneck of some approvers being unavailable or taking too long.

Call from HS mobile app

HubSpot now offers reps a third option to initiate calls. "Call from HubSpot app" allows reps to initiate outbound calls through the HubSpot mobile app from any CRM record while working on desktop.

Use Case

By using the new 'Call from HubSpot app' option, reps can now transfer calls directly to the HubSpot mobile app, enabling them to utilize the full mobile calling experience while on the go.

Lead Form Routing

Introducing lead form routing to meetings, a new method to streamline meeting bookings. As a result of this latest update, scheduling appointments is now easier than ever. Redirects are no longer one-size-fits-all! Using this feature, you can customize the visitor's journey based on the information collected in your forms.

Membership Email Cancellations

HubSpot will now be canceling membership registration emails for underperformance. Additionally, they're adding visibility of cancellations in the private content settings and notifications in the HubSpot app to indicate when registration emails are canceled.

Use Case

hubSpot intends to flag poorly performing lists and cancel membership registration emails to those lists, to ensure best-in-class deliverability. Lists with poor deliverability may also be quarantined.

Commenting in Lists

HubSpot now allows customers to comment within individual Lists.

Use Case

By adding the collaboration sidebar to Lists, these conversations can take place seamlessly within HubSpot while keeping all relevant context readily accessible.

AI Assistant for Generating Sales Emails in the HubSpot Office 365 Add-in

The HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in now includes AI Assistant. In seconds, content creators can create sales introduction emails, cold outreach emails, and follow-up emails.
