Is this the same theme that is on the HubSpot Marketplace?
Yes — the same theme, the same version, the same updates. The only difference is where you pay and how it reaches your portal.
What does the licence cover?
One HubSpot portal, for as long as you want to use it. Full terms are on the licence page. If you need it on several portals, write to us and we will sort out the right arrangement.
How does delivery work?
Manually, by a person, normally within one business day. We install the theme into the portal ID you give us at checkout, then send a confirmation email that records exactly what was delivered and when. If you did not include a portal ID, we will email you to ask.
Do I get updates, and will they overwrite my work?
Updates are included for life. Editing content, module fields and theme settings keeps you on the update path. Editing the theme's own code forks it — that is a legitimate choice, and the docs explain what you give up.
How do I pay, and what will the charge look like?
PayPal or card, through PayPal's checkout. The charge shows as IV-LEAD.COM. Prices are in USD; Israeli VAT is added at invoice where it applies. If you would rather pay against an invoice with payment terms, ask and we will send one.
What if something goes wrong, or I want a refund?
Write to contact@iv-lead.com. Refunds are handled directly between you and IV-Lead — HubSpot has no role in them on either channel. We will walk you through the specifics, including what happens to an installed theme, before anything is processed.
Can I try it before buying?
