Most B2B companies in Israel belong on HubSpot Professional. The choice between Starter, Professional and Enterprise should rest on the capabilities your process needs, such as automation depth, data governance and reporting, not on headcount or contact count. A higher tier does not turn a weak implementation into a strong one; it only unlocks more for teams that already built the foundations. Every price on this page was checked against HubSpot's official pricing pages on 4 September 2026.
This comparison was written by IV-Lead, a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner in Tel Aviv. We implement every HubSpot tier for B2B companies in Israel, so the breakdown below follows what a company actually uses, not what a tier advertises.
What is the difference between Starter, Professional and Enterprise?
Three steps, from simple to complex. Starter suits small teams that want a CRM, forms and a little automation. Professional, the tier most B2B companies stay on, unlocks full workflows, custom reporting, lead management and serious automation. Enterprise exists for organisations with complex needs: custom objects, an advanced permissions model, multiple teams and data governance. Each step up buys more control, and more complexity to manage.
How much does each HubSpot tier cost in 2026?
Prices in US dollars, billed annually, as shown on HubSpot's pricing pages on 4 September 2026. Monthly billing costs more (Starter, for example, is $20 per seat instead of $7). HubSpot changes prices without notice, so open the pricing page before you sign.
| Hub | Starter | Professional | Enterprise | One-time onboarding (Pro / Enterprise) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Marketing Hub | $7 per seat per month · 1,000 marketing contacts | $800 per month · 3 seats included, extra seats from $45 · 2,000 marketing contacts | $3,600 per month · 5 seats included, extra seats from $75 · 10,000 marketing contacts | $3,000 / $7,000 |
| Sales Hub | $7 per seat per month | $90 per seat per month ($100 billed monthly) | $150 per seat per month | $1,500 / $3,500 |
| Service Hub | $7 per seat per month | $90 per seat per month ($100 billed monthly) | $150 per seat per month | $1,500 / $3,500 |
Three things to read in that table. Starter costs the same on every hub, so at Starter level the choice between hubs is about capability, not price. Marketing Hub is priced per account (a flat fee with seats included) while Sales and Service are priced per seat, so a ten-person sales team on Professional pays $900 a month, not $90. And onboarding appears on the pricing page itself as a required one-time fee on Professional and Enterprise, at double the amount on Marketing compared with Sales and Service. There is also a Customer Platform bundle that combines all the hubs; its price depends on the mix, so we left it out of the table.
What should actually decide the tier?
Not company size, but the capabilities your process demands. Ask: how deep does your automation need to go (conditions, branches, timing)? Do you need custom objects that do not exist out of the box? How many teams share the system, and what permissions model does that force? How complex are the reports leadership needs? Those answers, not headcount, set the right tier.
These are the specific gates that move Israeli companies from Starter to Professional, according to HubSpot's pricing pages and knowledge base: full workflows are Professional and up (Sales Hub Starter only has task and email triggers on deal-stage changes; Marketing Hub Starter allows up to 10 actions per workflow). Calculation properties are Professional and up. Starter allows 2 sales pipelines, Professional 15, Enterprise 100. Lead scoring: up to 5 models on Professional, 10 on Enterprise. The Customer Success Workspace and health scores are Service Hub Professional. If any of these gates sits inside your process, Starter will cost you more in time than it saves in money.
Example: an Israeli SaaS company with 10 people in sales and marketing
Sales Hub Professional for 10 seats: $900 a month. Marketing Hub Professional: $800 a month with 3 seats included. Together: $1,700 a month billed annually, plus $4,500 in one-time onboarding ($1,500 for sales, $3,000 for marketing). On Starter the same team would pay roughly $100 a month, with no sales workflows, 2 pipelines and 1,000 marketing contacts. The gap is not "expensive versus cheap"; it is the difference between a system that runs a process and one that records it.
When do you really need Enterprise?
When a specific requirement only Enterprise solves: custom objects for a unique data model, field-level permissions and data governance for a large organisation, multiple teams or business units, or unusually advanced reporting and automation. If you are not hitting one of Professional's walls, you probably do not need Enterprise yet, and you can keep the difference until a real requirement justifies it.
Does HubSpot work in Hebrew?
Content, yes; the interface, no. According to HubSpot's languages page, Hebrew is a supported content language: website pages, blog posts, emails and a knowledge base in Hebrew all work, including right-to-left layouts in templates built for it (this site is an example). The admin interface itself is available in 17 languages, and Hebrew is not one of them. For Israeli teams this matters less than it sounds: day-to-day work happens in an English tool, and your customer sees Hebrew at every touchpoint.
The bottom line
Choose a HubSpot tier by the capabilities your process requires, such as automation depth, custom objects, permissions and reporting, not by company size. Most B2B companies in Israel fit Professional; move to Enterprise only when a specific requirement justifies it. Either way, the tier is only the start. What decides the outcome is how it is implemented. (Two worked examples of Professional in practice: preventing stuck deals with Sales Hub workflows and reducing churn with Service Hub health scores.)
Frequently asked questions
How much does HubSpot Sales Hub Professional cost for a team of 10 salespeople?
$900 a month billed annually ($90 per seat), or $1,000 billed monthly, plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. As of 4 September 2026, per HubSpot's pricing page.
Do B2B companies in Israel need Enterprise?
Usually not at first. Professional covers most B2B needs when workflows, custom properties and a second pipeline are used well. Move to Enterprise only when a specific requirement, such as custom objects or advanced data governance, forces it.
What is the main difference between Starter and Professional?
Professional unlocks serious automation (full workflows), custom reports, calculation properties and advanced lead management, while Starter suits a basic CRM, forms and minimal automation. Most B2B companies hit Starter's ceiling quickly.
What is HubSpot onboarding, and can you skip it?
The pricing page shows it as a required one-time fee when you buy Professional or Enterprise: $1,500 for Sales or Service Hub, $3,000 for Marketing Hub, and $3,500 and $7,000 respectively on Enterprise. If you work with an implementation partner, ask up front how HubSpot's onboarding fits with the partner's implementation, so you do not pay twice for the same thing.
Should the tier be chosen by number of users or number of contacts?
By capability, not size. The number of marketing contacts affects the subscription cost on Marketing Hub (1,000 included on Starter, 2,000 on Professional, 10,000 on Enterprise), not the tier you need. The tier is decided by automation depth, custom objects, permissions and reporting complexity.
Does HubSpot have a Hebrew interface?
No. The admin interface is available in 17 languages and Hebrew is not among them. Hebrew is supported as a content language, for pages, posts, emails and a knowledge base, so your customer sees Hebrew even though the team works in an English interface.
