ONBOARDING

The fee, and what a partner changes

HubSpot publishes paid onboarding for Marketing, Sales and Service Hub Professional and Enterprise. A Solutions Partner can waive HubSpot's required onboarding when its service replaces it and the customer confirms that choice through HubSpot.

With IV-Lead, we first confirm the applicable quote, promotion and onboarding arrangement, then build the operating system around your data, pipeline and integrations.

HubSpot pricing, questions answered

Thirty practical answers, grouped so you can open only the part you need.

Plans and editions
How much does HubSpot cost per month in 2026?
Prices depend on the hub, edition and seat mix. Sales and Service Professional seats are $90 per month on annual billing, Customer Platform Professional is $1,300 per month with 6 seats, and Customer Platform Enterprise is $4,700 per month with 8 seats.
Which HubSpot Hub do I actually need?
Marketing Hub is for campaigns and lead generation; Sales Hub for pipeline and outreach; Service Hub for tickets; Content Hub for the website; Data Hub for syncs and data quality; and Revenue Hub for quotes, invoicing and payment workflows.
What is the Customer Platform?
The Customer Platform bundles every hub at one edition. Professional includes 6 seats and 5,000 monthly credits; Enterprise includes 8 seats and 10,000 monthly credits.
What is the difference between Starter, Professional and Enterprise?
Starter covers the basics. Professional adds workflows, sequences, custom reporting, forecasting and playbooks. Enterprise adds custom objects, predictive lead scoring, higher limits and governance.
Which HubSpot plan fits a B2B SaaS company in Israel?
IV-Lead usually recommends Professional for an Israeli B2B SaaS team with a working sales process: Sales Hub Professional ($90 per seat per month, billed annually) when reps need sequences, forecasting and playbooks, and Marketing Hub Professional ($800 per month) when inbound and lead nurturing drive the pipeline. Starter ($20 per seat per month list price; currently $7 for eligible new customers on annual billing, a limited-time offer) suits a small team still shaping its process. Enterprise is justified by a specific need, such as custom objects or predictive lead scoring, not by company size.
When is it worth moving from Professional to Enterprise?
Move when you hit something Professional can’t do: custom objects (Enterprise only), predictive lead scoring (Enterprise only), more than 300 workflows (Enterprise allows 1,000), more than 100 deal pipelines (350), more than 5 playbooks (5,000) or more than one knowledge base (100). Brand domains also rise from 1 to 10. If none of these applies, Professional with a well-built portal is usually the better spend.
Is HubSpot free?
For the basics, yes. HubSpot’s free Smart CRM covers up to 2 users, with contact, company and deal management. Paid plans start with Starter at $20 per seat per month list price. Eligible new customers currently pay $7 per seat per month on annual billing, a limited-time offer checked on 27 Sep 2026. Professional and Enterprise add automation, reporting and governance. They are generally sold on an annual commitment, even when the invoice is paid monthly; confirm the term and billing schedule in the quote.
Should we buy the Customer Platform or individual hubs?
Price both against your real seat mix. The Customer Platform Professional is $1,300 per month, billed annually, for every Professional hub with 6 seats and 5,000 monthly credits; Enterprise is $4,700 with 8 seats and 10,000 credits. A sales-led team that only needs Sales Hub Professional usually pays less buying seats individually, at $90 each. The bundle tends to pay off when you need several Professional hubs at once, such as Marketing, Sales and Service together.
Seats, contacts and AI
Does HubSpot charge per user or per contact?
Both. Seats are per user, while Marketing Hub also charges by the marketing-contact tier. View-Only and Partner seats are free.
Does HubSpot include AI?
Breeze Assistant is included. Agents and selected data features use monthly HubSpot Credits. Extra credits cost $0.01 each and unused credits do not roll over.
Are workflows unlimited?
No. Marketing, Sales and Service Professional allow up to 300 workflows and Enterprise up to 1,000. Data Hub allows 400 on Professional and 1,100 on Enterprise.
How many pipelines and sequences do I get?
Sales Hub supports 15 deal pipelines on Starter, 100 on Professional and 350 on Enterprise. Professional allows up to 500 sales emails per user per day in sequences; Enterprise allows 1,000.
How many reports and dashboards can I build?
HubSpot lists 30 dashboards on Starter, 75 on Professional and 100 on Enterprise. Custom report builder limits are up to 100 reports on Professional and 500 on Enterprise.
What happens if we go over our marketing-contact tier?
You move up a tier, and a single contact over the limit bills the whole next tier. You can only step down at renewal. To control the cost, set which contacts count as marketing contacts before you import a list; contacts you keep in the CRM as non-marketing contacts are free, up to 15 million.
Do people who only need to view data need a paid seat?
No. View-Only seats are free and unlimited on Starter, Professional and Enterprise. They let managers and colleagues see records, dashboards and reports, but they can’t edit records, save reports or manage tools. Anyone who works deals, tickets or campaigns needs a paid seat.
How much do HubSpot’s AI agents cost?
They run on HubSpot Credits. The Customer Agent uses 50 credits per conversation it resolves, the Prospecting Agent 100 per lead it recommends, and the Data Agent 10 per prompt per record. Plans include a monthly allowance (3,000 credits on a single Professional hub, 5,000 on the Customer Platform Professional), and extra credits cost $0.01 each. Breeze Assistant itself is included at no extra cost.
Contracts and billing
Are onboarding fees mandatory?
HubSpot publishes paid onboarding for Marketing, Sales and Service Hub Professional and Enterprise. A Solutions Partner can waive required HubSpot onboarding when its own service replaces it and the customer confirms the choice.
Can I pay for HubSpot in shekels?
HubSpot’s public U.S. pricing is quoted in dollars. Confirm billing currency, tax treatment and any local charges in your final quote.
Is there a HubSpot discount for startups?
Eligible pre-seed, seed and Series A startups can receive 90% off in year one, 50% in year two and 25% in year three on net-new Professional or Enterprise products. Eligibility and current terms must be confirmed with HubSpot before purchase.
Can we pay for HubSpot monthly?
Yes, but paying monthly is not the same as a monthly contract. Starter can be bought on a monthly or an annual commitment. Professional and Enterprise are generally sold on an annual commitment: you can pay monthly at the higher monthly rate (for example $100 instead of $90 per Sales seat) or pay annually at the lower rate, and monthly payment doesn’t let you cancel before the term ends. Confirm the term and billing schedule in the quote.
Can we cancel or downgrade in the middle of a contract?
No. HubSpot doesn’t allow downgrades or cancellations during the current term; they take effect at renewal. Upgrades are possible at any time. Contracts renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off before the renewal date, so check the renewal date in your HubSpot account.
Do Israeli nonprofits get a HubSpot discount?
Not under HubSpot’s current nonprofit program. It gives 40% off Professional and Enterprise, but only to new customers registered as nonprofits in North America, Australia or New Zealand, on an annual contract. Israeli nonprofits should ask about current terms when they get a quote.
Buying through a partner
Should I buy direct or through a partner?
You buy from HubSpot either way. Go direct if you only need logins; work with a partner when you need the platform configured around your pipeline, data, integrations and adoption plan. IV-Lead is a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner and confirms the applicable HubSpot quote, promotion and onboarding arrangement with you before you buy.
Who owns the HubSpot account and data when a partner implements it?
You do. HubSpot’s customer terms state that the customer owns and retains all rights to its Customer Data. The partner works inside your account with the access you grant, typically a free Partner Seat, and that access can be removed when the work ends.
Does buying through a partner change the HubSpot price?
The software price is HubSpot’s quote either way. HubSpot contracts with you and invoices you directly; IV-Lead doesn’t resell or invoice HubSpot licences. When we advise on a purchase, we may register it with HubSpot as a partner deal, and HubSpot may then pay IV-Lead a commission. HubSpot pays it, and it isn’t added to your invoice. What a partner can change is onboarding: a Solutions Partner can replace HubSpot’s required onboarding with its own services, which you confirm through HubSpot’s link when you buy.
Israel: language, cost and systems
Does HubSpot support Hebrew?
Partly. The HubSpot app interface isn’t available in Hebrew; it comes in 17 languages, English among them. Hebrew works for what your customers see: HubSpot lists Hebrew among its content languages, and websites and landing pages can be built right-to-left, as IV-Lead’s own Hebrew site on HubSpot CMS shows.
What does a HubSpot implementation cost in Israel?
Get three parts quoted separately: the HubSpot license; HubSpot’s required onboarding on Marketing, Sales and Service Hub Professional and Enterprise ($1,500 to $7,000, or replaced by a partner’s own onboarding); and the partner’s implementation project. The project cost depends less on the number of users than on integrations (for example Priority or SAP Business One), data cleanup and migration, the number of teams and pipelines, and custom objects and reporting.
What is the real first-year cost of moving to HubSpot?
Budget the license for 12 months, onboarding, data migration and cleanup, integrations, training and a reserve for surprises, not just the per-seat price. For example, a 10-seat Sales Hub Professional team pays $10,800 in license fees for the year plus $1,500 of required onboarding (or a partner’s onboarding instead), before migration and integration work. Ask for every item to be priced separately so quotes can be compared line by line.
How do HubSpot’s costs compare with Salesforce or monday CRM?
Compare total cost, not the seat price: the license per seat, required onboarding, the integrations you need (ERP, telephony, WhatsApp), admin effort, and what each plan limits (automation, reporting, custom objects). HubSpot’s published prices and onboarding fees are on this page; for Salesforce and monday CRM, get quotes for the same seat mix and features and compare them line by line.
Does HubSpot connect to Priority or SAP Business One, and what does that add to the cost?
It can, but no HubSpot plan includes it. The connection is a separate integration, built with a third-party connector, an integration layer or custom API work, and it is priced separately from the license. Scope it by what has to sync (customers, products, price lists, orders, invoices) and in which direction.

HOW BUYING WORKS

Buy from HubSpot,
plan and onboard with IV-Lead

HubSpot contracts with you and invoices you directly; IV-Lead doesn’t resell or invoice HubSpot licences. Before you buy, we size your seats, contact tier and credits and review HubSpot’s quote with you. Then we build the portal: pipelines, automation, reporting and, where you need it, the Priority or SAP Business One connection. When we deliver the onboarding, HubSpot’s required onboarding fee can be waived.
