About IV-Lead
IV-Lead is a Tel Aviv-based consulting agency specializing in HubSpot CRM, Asana, and marketing-automation implementations for B2B mid-market companies. On the Asana side, we've delivered implementations for Nano-X Imaging, PCB Technologies, Netzer Precision, Histadrut, Brenmiller Energy, Cust2Mate, Viewz, BUYME, and others - covering everything from cross-functional project management for product and engineering teams to onboarding workflows for sales and customer success. As we scale into 2026, we're hiring a Senior Asana Specialist to lead Asana engagements end-to-end across our growing client portfolio.
The Role
You'll be the technical and strategic lead on Asana implementations - from discovery and process mapping through configuration, automation, integration, training, and ongoing optimization. You'll work directly with client PM, Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Success, and exec teams, helping them turn messy processes into clean, automated Asana workflows. Many of our clients use Asana as their operating system; you'll be the person who designs that system.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Setup: Stand up new Asana environments (Starter through Enterprise) - team structures, project templates, custom fields, sections, statuses, and portfolio architectures that match client processes.
- Process Mapping & Workflow Design: Map client processes (product roadmaps, campaign delivery, sales handoffs, onboarding, tender/RFP) into Asana with rules, forms, dependencies, and milestones.
- Automation: Build rules for task creation, status updates, assignments, due-date logic, and approvals. Set up intake forms and integrate Fathom, scheduled tasks, and webhooks.
- Integrations: Connect Asana to HubSpot (deal-to-project), Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and custom systems with bi-directional syncs.
- Reporting & Portfolios: Build portfolios, dashboards, and goal tracking that give leadership real visibility - status updates, OKRs, and capacity reports.
- Strategy & Advisory: Advise on licensing tier, permissions, security, and adoption. Lead onboarding workshops, change management, and QBRs.
- Documentation, Training & Account Ownership: Document configs, write SOPs, train teams, productize templates; hold relationships with 4-8 mid-market clients.
Required Experience
- 3+ years hands-on Asana - minimum 2 years configuring it for teams of 20+ people (not just personal use).
- Comfortable as an Asana admin: workspace settings, permissions, custom fields, templates, portfolios, rules.
- Designed Asana for at least 2 of: Product/Engineering, Marketing, Sales/Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Corporate Management.
- Strong process-design instinct - whiteboard a workflow with a client and translate it into a working setup the same week.
- Hands-on with rules, forms, and at least one integration (Slack / Zoom / HubSpot / Google / custom webhook).
- Hebrew (native or fluent) and English (professional). Eligible to work in Israel.
Nice-to-Have
- Asana Certified Pro/Partner or PM certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks, HubSpot CRM, and meeting-AI tools (Fathom, Granola).
- B2B mid-market background in tech, industrial, healthcare, or government.
