IV-Lead is a Tel Aviv-based consulting agency specializing in HubSpot CRM, Asana, and marketing-automation implementations for B2B mid-market companies. Our clients include RAD, PCB Technologies, Netzer Precision, Nano-X Imaging, 2bcloud, Utila, Viewz, Zenzap, Brenmiller Energy, and Histadrut. We're a focused team and an active HubSpot Marketplace partner. As we scale into 2026, we're looking for a Senior Implementation Lead who's fluent in both HubSpot and Asana - someone who can own a client's full RevOps + PM stack end-to-end. Roughly 60% of our work is HubSpot, 40% is Asana.

The Role

You'll lead client engagements that span CRM, marketing automation, and project management - the operating system of a modern B2B company. You'll move fluidly between designing a HubSpot deal-to-cash workflow in the morning, mapping an Asana product roadmap structure in the afternoon, and building the integration between the two by the end of the week. You'll work directly with client RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and exec teams - sometimes the CEO. This is a senior role for someone who's done both platforms in depth, not someone strong in one and willing to learn the other.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Implementation (~60%): Configure pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, custom properties, workflows, sequences, dashboards; integrate with Priority ERP, SAP, Salesforce, MailChimp, and custom APIs via Engini.io.
  • Asana Implementation (~40%): Design team structures, templates, portfolios, custom fields, rules, and forms for product, marketing, ops, customer success, and tender/RFP management.
  • Cross-Platform Integrations: Build the connective tissue - HubSpot deals → Asana onboarding projects, Asana milestones → HubSpot tickets, Fathom recap → Asana follow-ups.
  • Strategy & Advisory: Help clients pick the right tool for the right problem; lead discovery, scope SOWs, and run QBRs.
  • Account Ownership: Hold relationships with 4-6 mid-market clients across both platforms; identify expansion opportunities.
  • Documentation, Training & Productization: Document configs, train teams, and evolve our Asana onboarding playbook and HubSpot workflow library.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years total in B2B RevOps / CRM / PM tooling.
  • Hands-on HubSpot admin - minimum 2 years in production (workflows, sequences, custom objects, integrations).
  • Hands-on Asana admin - minimum 2 years configuring for teams of 20+ (rules, forms, portfolios, integrations).
  • At least one cross-platform integration project (HubSpot ↔ ERP, HubSpot ↔ Asana, or similar).
  • Comfort across Marketing, Sales/SDR, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and exec leadership.
  • Strong process-design instinct - hear a business problem and know which platform and feature solves it.
  • Hebrew (native or fluent) and English (professional). Eligible to work in Israel.

Nice-to-Have

  • HubSpot Solutions Partner or relevant certifications; Asana Certified Pro / PMP / PMI-ACP.
  • Integrations (Engini.io, Make, Zapier, n8n) and legacy systems (Priority ERP, SAP, Dynamics, MailChimp).
  • Agile/Scrum/Kanban and familiarity with Israeli government / tender / RFP procurement.
