About IV-Lead
IV-Lead is a Tel Aviv-based consulting agency specializing in HubSpot CRM, Asana, and marketing-automation implementations for B2B mid-market companies. We work with leading Israeli tech and industrial brands - including PCB Technologies, RAD, Netzer Precision, Nano-X Imaging, 2bcloud, Utila, Viewz, Zenzap, and Brenmiller Energy. We're a focused, lean team and a HubSpot Marketplace partner. As we scale into 2026, we're hiring a Senior HubSpot Specialist to own implementations end-to-end across our growing client base.
The Role
You'll be the technical and strategic lead on HubSpot engagements - from discovery and scoping through configuration, automation, integration, training, and ongoing optimization. You'll work directly with client RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams (sometimes the CEO), translating business processes into HubSpot workflows that scale. Most of our retainer clients run monthly or quarterly cadences, so you'll own a portfolio of accounts with real continuity and depth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Stand up new HubSpot accounts (Sales, Marketing, Service Hub - Starter through Enterprise). Configure pipelines, deal & lifecycle stages, lead scoring, custom properties, lists, and permissions.
- Workflows & Automation: Design complex workflows, sequences, and playbooks - SDR follow-ups, MailChimp ↔ HubSpot sync, demo scheduling, engagement-based lead scoring, and more.
- Integrations: Connect HubSpot to ERPs (Priority, SAP), Salesforce, MailChimp, Dynamics, and custom APIs via middleware like Engini.io. Map data flows, design field mappings, troubleshoot syncs.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build CEO dashboards, sales activity reports, and custom analytics that translate business KPIs into reports management can read.
- Strategy & Advisory: Advise on lifecycle definitions, marketing-to-sales handoff, deal-stage probability, MQL/SQL, and attribution. Lead onboarding workshops and QBRs.
- Documentation & Training: Document configurations, write SOPs, and train client teams on the systems you build.
- Account Ownership: Hold relationships with 4-8 mid-market clients; offer roadmap ideas and identify expansion opportunities.
Required Experience
- 3+ years hands-on HubSpot - minimum 2 years as an admin (not just a user).
- Deep familiarity with at least 2 Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations).
- Custom objects, workflows, sequences, lists, custom reports, and dashboards in production.
- At least one HubSpot integration project (ERP, Salesforce, MailChimp, or other).
- Comfort across B2B functions: Marketing, Sales/SDR, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Support, and exec leadership.
- Hebrew (native or fluent) and English (professional). Eligible to work in Israel.
Nice-to-Have
- HubSpot Solutions Partner / Marketplace experience with relevant certifications.
- Integration platforms (Engini.io, Make, Zapier, n8n) and systems (Priority ERP, SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce).
- B2B SaaS, industrial, or fintech vertical experience.
