Graphic Designer position

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our product Group and we invite you to take part in our exciting journey!

IV-Lead specializes in the Digital Transformation of Hi-Tech companies from all stages, helping them to reduce their costs by digitizing Marketing, Sales, Post-sales, and other relevant processes for global activities. IV-Lead is a go-to source of news and information on HubSpot CRM & LinkedIn ABM not only for the clients & users but also for the Israeli market in general. We have achieved this through quality content, presentation, and hands-on execution, and you as an experienced graphic designer should strive to be an asset to the team.

 

What will you do?

  • Design and update social media content and other digital assets.
  • Assist with creating great presentations and turning ideas into vivid visual descriptions
  • Manage the company’s VBL and enforce design guidelines compliance

Your services will consist of well-researched information and hands-on execution of topics important to our company and client base, such as:

  • Lead our brand’s creative strategy, in sync with brand & business objectives across the full marketing funnel – from awareness through consideration to purchase, while retaining a strong focus on performance & business results.
  • Provide creative vision, direction, and guidance for marketing initiatives, productions & assets
  • In charge of all marketing creative assets created by IV-Lead for all touchpoints.
  • Differentiate our brand by incorporating creative innovation & experiential tools across all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate horizontally with professional teams (marketing, sales, management).
  • Manage our growing in-house creative team & professional service providers (like Graphic Design Interns).
  • Pitch creative solutions based on brand, business & commercial briefs.
  • Benchmark our creative ecosystem with the B2B Marketing & Sales Solutions agencies industry.
  • Integrate our Brand ID across each consumer (reports, presentations, and more).
  • Communicate marketing creative concepts, trends & KPIs internally to teams & cross-functions.

 

What do you need?

  • Academic degree from a known design school
  • 2 years experience in the professional graphic design field.
  • Expert in design programs (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator).
  • Experience in UI/UX design – an advantage
  • Agile mindset and “Can Do” approach.
  • Details-oriented with a passion for inspiring designs
  • Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • proficient oral and written English communication skills.
