HubSpot Specialist Position

At IV-LEAD, our HubSpot Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving marketing success through advanced HubSpot automation and optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing initiatives using HubSpot’s powerful automation tools to attract, engage, and retain customers. Your technical expertise will be key in customizing and optimizing HubSpot to meet the unique needs of our diverse client base.

You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and security within the HubSpot environment while proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency. What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and manage advanced marketing automation within HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.

  • Develop and implement custom solutions, integrations, and automation workflows to optimize marketing, sales, and customer service processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.

  • Create and manage dynamic lists, complex workflows, drip campaigns, forms, pop-ups, CTAs, webinars, and other key engagement tools.

  • Leverage your technical expertise in coding, API integrations, and web development to design and build tailored landing pages, email templates, and interactive content that drives engagement and conversions.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance by tracking automation metrics, identifying conversion opportunities, and continuously improving campaign effectiveness.

  • Deliver high-quality work with quick turnaround times, consistently exceeding client expectations.

  • Manage projects efficiently using Asana, ensuring real-time communication, task tracking, and seamless collaboration across teams.

  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex client requests or technical challenges, providing expert solutions for escalations.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with HubSpot’s latest features, trends, and best practices, ensuring we maximize the platform’s potential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on work experience with Hubspot - MUST

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience

  • Proven experience in building and managing complex HubSpot workflows within advanced HubSpot plans, including automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle stage management.
  • Exceptional technical expertise in HubSpot API integrations, with the ability to connect third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, eCommerce platforms) and ensure seamless data synchronization.
  • Expertise in creating highly customized HubSpot reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • A strong methodical approach to executing cross-company projects
  • Proven results with email and LinkedIn campaigns

  • Experience optimizing ABM campaigns

  • Quick learner and hard worker

  • Highly motivated & team player

  • Excellent English - native speaker a strong advantage
