HubSpot Specialist position

In IV-Lead, our Hubspot Marketing Specialist is a key role. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing initiatives through Hubspot's marketing automation platform to acquire and retain customers. You will be able to leverage your technical skills to optimize and customize HubSpot’s platform to meet the unique needs of various clients we are working with.

An ideal candidate is a self-motivated, dynamic problem solver who will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and security within the HubSpot environment. We're looking for a team player who will be proactive in solving issues and able to bring in creative ideas. 

IV-Lead specializes in the Digital Transformation of Hi-Tech companies from all stages, helping them to reduce their costs by digitizing Marketing, Sales, Post-sales and other relevant processes for global activities.

What will you do:

  • Set up and manage marketing automation through Hubspot
  • create and implement custom solutions, integrations, and automation workflows to enhance the efficiency of marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
  • Create and manage lists, workflows, drip campaigns, forms, pop-ups, calls-to-actions, webinars and more
  • Use your expertise in coding, API integrations, and web development to build and design tailored landing pages, email templates, and interactive content
  • Oversee and manage marketing automation tracking, reporting, and optimization. This includes monitoring conversion points and performance analysis.
  • Producing high quality work that exceeds client expectations with quick turnaround time
  • Effective and real time communication and project management through Asana
  • Working to resolve challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Regularly stay updated on HubSpot's latest features and best practices, ensuring that our organization maximizes its investment in HubSpot

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on work experience with Hubspot - MUST
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience
  • A strong methodical approach to executing cross-company projects
  • Proven results with email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Experience optimizing ABM campaigns
  • Quick learner and hard worker
  • Highly motivated & team player
  • Excellent English - native speaker a strong advantage
