Marketing Manager position

We are looking for a strong, data-driven marketing generalist to join our team. In this position, you'll take part in the planning and execution of our marketing strategy for our clients in Europe and the US. You will be responsible for the ideation, creation, management, and optimization of paid and organic campaigns on all relevant platforms. We are looking for an all-rounder who can tackle all aspects of B2B digital marketing campaigns and B2B lead generation - from project management to content creation, data analytics, and email campaign automation.

IV-Lead specializes in the Digital Transformation of Hi-Tech companies from all stages, helping them to reduce their costs by digitizing Marketing, Sales, Post-sales, and other relevant processes for global activities.

 

What will you do:

  • Lead branding, messaging, and positioning of the company
  • Plan and execute a growth-oriented content strategy 
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels
  • Manage creative projects and campaigns from webinars, videos, customer testimonials, whitepapers, and ebooks 
  • Gather data, analyze the results and optimize for conversions

 

Lead branding, messaging, and positioning of the company, plan and execute a growth-oriented content strategy, create corporate identity, value proposition, and messaging, build and manage the company's website Landing Pages, and business presentation, and experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, Build and optimize marketing funnels, Manage creative projects and campaigns from webinars, videos, customer testimonials, whitepapers and eBooks, press releases, news articles and all sorts of marketing and sales collaterals, Gather data, analyze the results and optimize for conversions. 

 

Maintain a good working relationship with others and complete projects on time. Stay organized with a to-do list and accomplish tasks assigned to them in Trello and Toggl in a timely fashion. Create compelling messaging in marketing and sales email, social channels and paid ads, and landing pages, that assist in the conversion of deals. Work with parts of the team regarding the company marketing and sales strategy, as well as for the customers which you will manage. Provide monthly reports on the service and mission that were achieved to our team in the requested format.     

 

Requirements:

  • Native English level (written & spoken) – a must
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - B2B, SaaS preferred
  • Expert in LinkedIn ads 
  • Power Google Analytics and Excel user
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Record in planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing campaigns,
    including marketing asset creation, new product launches, and social media marketing
  • Quick learner and hard worker
  • Passionate, committed, creative, success-driven
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Highly motivated & team player
