Marketing Hub is an inbound marketing automation tool designed to help you attract the right audience, convert more visitors into customers, and scale complete inbound marketing campaigns. On one powerful, user-friendly platform, it helps you save time, stay organized, and engage your customers more effectively.

There are three editions of Marketing Hub: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. The plans are designed to fit different budgets and include tools to solve specific customer problems. No matter what type of business you run, there is a plan to fit your needs.

 

How many marketing contacts can I have with a Marketing Hub plan?

Each Marketing Hub edition comes with a different number of included marketing contacts.

  • Marketing Hub Starter: includes 1,000 marketing contacts
  • Marketing Hub Professional: includes 2,000 marketing contacts
  • Marketing Hub Enterprise: includes 10,000 marketing contacts

In addition to the free marketing contacts included in each edition, you can purchase additional marketing contacts at any time.

Once you select a contact tier, you cannot downgrade to a lower contact tier until your contract renews.

How many emails can I send with a paid Marketing Hub plan?

Depending on your Marketing Hub plan and the number of contacts you purchase, you can send a certain number of emails per month.

  • Marketing Hub Starter: email send limit is 5 times your marketing contact tier per calendar month
  • Marketing Hub Professional: email send limit is 10 times your marketing contact tier per calendar month
  • Marketing Hub Enterprise: email send limit is 20 times your marketing contact tier per calendar month

If you need to send even more than that, you can purchase more marketing contacts or purchase the Dedicated IP Add-On for unlimited email sends.

What’s the difference in Sales Hub between a free and a paid user?

The primary difference between a free and a paid user is the level of access granted. A free user can access your database, view reports, set up tools, and perform other administrative tasks. With a paid seat, users unlock access to productivity tools such as meetings, sequences, quotes, and calling, as well as other features they need to do their job every day (e.g. rotation of incoming records, conversations, etc.).

Typically, secondary users such as executives and operations employees who only need occasional access to HubSpot to view reports and gather data do not need paid accounts.

What type of support does HubSpot offer for the Sales Hub?

Depending on which Sales Hub plan you purchase, you will have access to different types of support. Support via email is included with Sales Hub Starter. With Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise, you’ll gain access to email and phone support. Multi-language support is available for all Sales Hub users. HubSpot offers discount pricing for eligible startups and nonprofits through the ​HubSpot for Startups and HubSpot for Nonprofits programs.
