Customize HubSpot marketing emails with recently viewed Shopify products
Your HubSpot marketing emails can now include contacts' recently viewed products from your Shopify store. Using this new option, you can easily identify and highlight products that your customers have recently explored, helping you re-engage them and increase sales.
Before, HubSpot marketing emails could not be customized with recently viewed products from Shopify stores, which limited your marketing efforts. With Shopify synced data, you can now integrate these personalized product recommendations directly into your emails and boost engagement and sales.
All HubSpot plans include this feature.
Instagram Stories on Mobile
It is now possible to publish Instagram stories and track their performance on the Mobile Social tool.
Stories on Instagram give you prime placement in your followers' feeds, allowing you to grab their attention. Posting Stories consistently will help you stay top of mind with your customers and bypass Instagram's algorithm changes.
Available for all users and plans.
Create Sales Leads from Mobile
HubSpot's mobile app now allows sales representatives to generate leads directly from the app. The update allows them to create leads from different places within the sales navigation interface. As a result, they can build their pipeline from anywhere at any time.
Prior to recently, sales representatives couldn't manage their prospecting pipeline from the mobile app, so they couldn't create new lead records. Using an enabled portal Lead setting, they could only generate leads when contacts in certain stages emerged. When away from their desks, this posed a significant limitation on their ability to expand their sales pipeline.
{Automated Rollout} Deal Approvals: Set conditions & reinstate rejected deals
Two updates have been made to HubSpot's deal approvals feature:
- Within a pipeline, administrators can set conditional approval criteria for qualifying deals.
- Rejected deals can be re-approved by super admins.
As conditional approvals only require approval for specific deals, they ensure compliance while minimizing disruptions.
It is now possible for a super admin to reinstate a rejected deal into the approval process, preserving the original data and avoiding the creation of a new deal record.
AI-Generated Language Detection for Tickets
AI-Generated tickets now have a new property: Language. Based on the language used in any customer conversations associated with the ticket, this property will automatically generate a value.
It is important for support teams, especially those in multinational organizations that serve a diverse customer base, to be able to route and triage tickets based on criteria like language. Support teams will be able to take language into account when processing new tickets, ensuring the ticket gets to the right agent as quickly as possible. In addition to helping support teams gain additional insight, the language property can also be used in reports.
Available for Enterprise users and in Live.
Test and train your Customer Agent in minutes
Businesses can now test their agents quickly with prepopulated sample questions designed to simulate real customer interactions. With this powerful feature, businesses can assess visitor experience and ensure agents are ready to answer questions accurately and helpfully. Offering a range of sample questions allows businesses to evaluate how well the agent handles different scenarios, while also identifying any knowledge gaps.

Additionally, this enables businesses to deliver seamless customer experiences faster, as it not only builds trust in the agent's responses, but also shortens the time-to-value.
Check Data Model Limits via API
Using APIs, developers can check if a specific portal has reached a certain limit on its data model.
The ability to access data limits through other mediums helps developers track usage and access. Earlier this year, hubSpot introduced the Limits tab (accessible via Data Model>Limits) for reviewing data model limits. Using this space, users can view their overall usage and limits for records, associations, custom properties, association labels, and custom objects. It has been requested that developers be able to query this information via API and are eager to get access to it.
Sync activities bidirectionally between Salesforce and HubSpot
HubSpot and Salesforce customers can now sync activities including calls, emails, meetings, notes, and tasks bidirectionally.
Previously, you could only sync Salesforce activities with HubSpot, but not the other way around. By comparing the latest data between both platforms, you can ensure they are on par. Available for Pro plans and up.
Sync custom objects bidirectionally between HubSpot and Salesforce
Salesforce and HubSpot can now sync custom objects bidirectionally, so you can ensure both tools are up-to-date.
The custom objects feature in Salesforce and HubSpot allows you to configure your accounts according to your needs. It was previously possible to sync custom objects from Salesforce to HubSpot, but not the other way around. With both tools updated automatically, you can spend less time switching between them. Synchronization triggers and rules can now be set up according to your preference and needs.
Emails Index Page
HubSpot has built an Email index page where you can bulk manage 1:1 emails across your portal. Email engagements can now be managed from a central location, allowing bulk data management activities, such as deleting unwanted emails from your CRM, to be performed (for Enterprise users only).
Gauges in Single Object Report Builder
Gauge charts can now be created using the single object report builder. It is easy and clear to visualize performance data when compared to defined ranges thanks to these visualizations.
It is easy to understand if your metric is above or below where you want it to be with gauge charts, which allows users to create impactful reports. Readers can easily answer questions such as “How close are we to meeting our key performance indicators? ”
Block Free Email Domains from Scheduling Meetings
Adding a rule to each scheduling page will block visitors with free email domains or any specific domains from booking time.
It is important to protect your time. Users have shared that they struggle to fill their calendars with valuable meetings. With HubSpot Enterprise, you can now block free email domains or a specific list of domains from booking time on your calendar (available only to Enterprise users).
Create permissions for Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, and Custom Objects
New user-level permissions have been added to HubSpot that enable admins to control who can create and/or edit specific object types (Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket, and Custom Objects).
By separating editing permissions from creating permissions, admins can ensure better data hygiene. Users can edit Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, and Custom Objects without automatically creating records, addressing customer concerns about data quality.
Automated Scheduling for Backups
Automate CRM data backups with weekly or bi-weekly scheduling options.
If you lose your CRM data, previous versions are preserved, allowing you to restore it easily and maintain organizational continuity.
Breeze Intelligence Data Test
By testing data within the CRM, you will get a preview of what data Breeze Intelligence can enrich for you. Now you can see the data enrichment available from Breeze Intelligence upfront, without having to buy credits.

Workflows can now trigger Breeze Intelligence enrichment. Workflows allow you to choose which records should be automatically enriched, when and how you want.
Previously, you could either enrich everything in your portal automatically or manually enrich 100 records at a time. With workflows, records can now be enriched as part of the workflow, adding more flexibility to how records are enriched.
Now you can decide when and why a record is enriched, giving you more flexibility when it comes to integrating Breeze Intelligence data into your Smart CRM.
